I turned to 'Yelp' for assistance and was directed to 'Supreme Windows and Exteriors'. What a blessing! From the moment I made the first phone call to Supreme, I was extremely impressed by their professionalism. The installation was done within a day and a half, which was quite a feat due to the extreme winds and cold weather. I felt at ease with every step of the process and would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who is in need of window replacement. I plan on using their services again for our other properties in the Chicagoland area. Thumbs up to Supreme! They truly deserve the recognition.

James had excellent customer service, very knowledgeable about his products and his presentation pitch for the window replacements was very professional, relatable, and felt genuine. He was very patient and accommodating and that is what sold us. The day of the installation his crew were on time, provided the necessary work and the job was done effectively in no time. I would use and recommend James and his company for any window installation in the future.

Amazing prices and fast install. I purchased a set of 30 custom windows of different types and colors ranging from glass block + dryer vent to small basement windows to a large picture window. During quoting and measuring, James was made sure they all matched in style and the various internal trims to keep my old house's charm. And the crew installed everything in just a little over two days! The crew is fast but very qualified. They did a through job insulating the gaps where they removed old counterweighted double hung windows. James was very responsive throughout the process. A screen was received damaged and Supreme swapped the screening material without fuss. The new windows don't look different (exactly as I wanted) but they definitely feel different now that it's getting colder. I am very pleased with my new windows.
